By downloading, installing, or using LingoCam AI (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account-free service & local storage

- You do not need to register or sign in.
- 你无需注册或登录。
- Scene cards, notes, dialogue you save, and learning history live on your device.
- 场景卡、笔记、你保存的对话以及学习记录均保存在本机。
- Important: deleting the App, clearing its data, or losing the device permanently deletes that library. We do not provide a cloud backup or account restore.
- 重要：删除应用、清除数据或遗失设备将永久丢失卡库。我们不提供云端备份或账号恢复。
3. License & acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial language learning. When using camera, album, or AI features:

- Capture or upload only content you have the right to use for learning.

- Do not submit illegal, highly sensitive, harassing, or infringing images or text.
- 请勿提交违法、高度敏感、骚扰或侵权的图片或文本。
- Photos and prompts sent for recognition, Scene Forge, or dialogue are processed ephemerally as described in the Privacy Policy.
- 用于识别、选词造景或场景对话的照片与提示词，按隐私政策所述进行瞬时处理。
4. Subscriptions & purchases

Optional LingoCam AI Pro subscriptions are sold through Apple’s App Store / StoreKit. Pricing, free trials, billing, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple’s terms and the purchase sheet shown at checkout. Restoring purchases uses Apple’s restore flow. Free-tier limits (daily scans, collection cap, quiz and game plays) are described in the App and FAQ and may change with notice in the product.

Scene titles, sentences, explanations, forged scenes, and dialogue replies are generated by third-party models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a given photo. The App and AI outputs are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
场景标题、例句、解释、造景结果与对话回复由第三方模型生成，可能不完整、不准确，或与某张照片并不匹配。本应用及 AI 输出按「现状」提供，不作准确性或特定用途适用性的保证。
6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LingoCam AI and its developers are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, including loss of local learning data, device issues, or reliance on AI-generated text or images.
在法律允许的最大范围内，LingoCam AI 及其开发者不对因使用本应用产生的损害承担责任，包括本地学习数据丢失、设备问题，或依赖 AI 生成的文本/图像所造成的损失。
7. Governing law

Claims relating to the App are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the App owner resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
